What are the shipping costs per country?
Belgium & Europe
Shipping is free of charge.
Rest of the world
For international orders outside of Europe the shipping cost is 15 € or 20 €, depending on your destination. Please note that any additional taxes are not included. These costs will be charged upon delivery and are at your own expense.
What is the delivery time for my order?
All orders require payment before shipment.
Belgium
Orders are delivered within 2-5 working days with Bpost. You will receive an email as soon as the order has been shipped. You can track your package with the tracking number in this email. If you are not at home, Bpost will take your order to the nearest post office.
Europe
Orders within the European Union are delivered within 2-5 working days with Fedex. You will receive an email as soon as the order has been shipped.You can track your package with the tracking number in this email. If you are not at home, Fedex will come back the next day or will leave your parcel with a neighboor.
Rest of the world
Orders outside of the European Union are delivered within 5-10 working days with Fedex.You will receive an email as soon as the order has been shipped.You can track your package with the tracking number in this email. If you are not at home, Fedex will come back the next day or will leave your parcel with a neighbour.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below within 14 days of purchase.
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including the labels and hangtags. All items must be returned in new condition to ensure your credit.
2. Enclose the “Delivery Note” and your “Reason for Return” inside the parcel. Both documents are already in the parcel with your order.
3. Before sending your return, please remove all former address labels on the outside of the box.
4. Return the parcel with a courier of choice. As you are responsible for the return, we advise to choose a service with track&trace and insurance.

5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 3 business days.
